Because it’s in Tokachi, we want to make delicious Manju. It has sweet beans inside a bun which is made out of mineral azuki beans and granulated sugar 100% made in Tokachi. Amber color of Manju is like a color of Moor Onsen, and it’s made out of Hokkaido wheat and beet sugar. It’s steamed with hot spring water and makes every day. This Manju was made by wheat, beet sugar and azuki beans which are representative crops of Tokachi.
